Thin-Section bearing series
Our Thin-Section bearings consist of open series and sealed series. The open series is divided into seven types while the sealed series has 5 types, all of which are with ID range from 1 inch to 40 inch and cross sectional size from 0.1875'×0.1875' to 1.000'×1.000'.
Every type consists of three structures : Type C –Radial contact bearing, Type A – Angular contact bearing and Type X – Four-point contact bearing.
We offer products with different internal clearances, contact angles, ways of lubrication, cage construction and other features to meet the needs of most customers. For consideration of corrosion resistance, we suggest using stainless steel bearings of 9Cr18 series, quick and easy to deliver.
Open bearings are recommended to use in a sealed environment, while sealed bearings will be a good choice if the bearings need to keep self-clean and well lubricated.
Bearings are available in a variety of cage structures. The role of the cage is to evenly separate the rolling elements from friction with each other. Common cage structures include: integral crown type, integral circular pocket type, wire loop forming type, PTFE spacer type, ball-spacing type, etc.
Product Features
Thin-Section bearings save space and reduce weight and friction to provide good rotational accuracy. Using thin-wall bearings can effectively reduce the external dimensions of the equipment and reduce production costs without prejudice to performance and service life of bearings.
Characterized by small size, light weight, low friction torque and high reliability, the c Thin-Section bearings series, as a unique product independently developed by our company, has been widely used in aerospace, radar communication, industrial robots, precision turntables, optical instruments and photoconductive equipment, dyeing machinery and other fields.
