Advanced equipment, controllable quality, optimized design and sophisticated products.Our company can provide various types of bearings with accuracy up to P2 and size range from φ 80 mm to φ 6000 mm, mainly including all kinds of slewing bearings for engineering machinery and port machinery use, two and four-row tapered roller bearings, two and four-row cylindrical roller bearings and ball bearings for rolling mills, crossed roller bearings for robot as well as other bearings for general use and bearing accessories such as bolts, seals, greases, etc. Our main processing equipment includes: all types of CNC lathes, CNC drilling machines, well quenching furnaces, box quenching furnaces, CNC grinding machines, etc.

2. Quality control :

Our company focuses on the four major links of product design, processing technology, process control and after-sales service based on ISO 9001 quality system standards. Based on the most advanced design concept, our products are developed with the most reasonable design scheme in combination with the specific bearing use conditions. In terms of process technology, we strictly control the chemical composition, mechanical properties and heat treatment state of the raw materials. Special attention is paid on processing deformation and geometric accuracy of the machining processing. The heat treatment quality is in accordance with the 《JB/T 8881-2011 Rolling Bearings－Carburizing heat-treatment for parts－Specifications》.The grinding precision is controlled under company standards above the national standards, and repeated stress relief tempering is performed to ensure the accuracy and stability of bearing parts. We ensure of bearing quality by ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle testing and color flaw detection respectively during the processing.

Testing devices mainly include 2000 mm-length measuring instrument, roughness tester, roundness tester, ultrasonic flaw detector, magnetic particle flaw detector, Rockwell hardness tester, optical microscope, etc.

We can supply customer the process reports such as raw material quality reports, heat treatment quality reports, flaw detection reports, dimensional accuracy reports, etc., and can be certified by third-party organizations such as NK, ASIA, SGS according to customers'needs.

3. Pre-sale, in-sale and after-sales services

Pre-sale services :

1) Design the product according to the customer's working conditions;

2) Carefully listen to the specific needs of customers and sincerely provide them with reasonable purchasing suggestions from a professional perspective. If any special or difficult projects come up to customers, our company will work with them to research and develop new products.

In-sale services :

Include design, manufacture, inspection, protection, on-schedule delivery and timely commissioning and acceptance of products, so as to meet customers’ requirements and supply them with qualified products on time.

After sales services :

Pursuant to the service concept of “customer first”, we will listen to the customer's feedback immediately, make initial response to the customer's on-site feedback within one hour, and we will, at any time, assign professional and technical personnel to troubleshoot the problem in use, ensure customers’ products of good condition.

Provide customers with professional guidance on bearing installation and maintenance, training for professional bearing knowledge, solutions for bearing repair and regular peripatetic services of products.
