Crossed cylindrical roller bearing
Crossed cylindrical roller bearing is a bearing in which the cylindrical rollers are vertically crossed between the inner and outer rings of the bearing. The roller is in line contact with the raceway with good rigidity. The elastic deformation of the bearing under the load is very small, and it can also bear the radial loads, axial loads and moment loads, especially asuitable for applications requiring high rigidity and high rotational accuracy.
The inner and outer rings are miniaturized in dimensions to great extent possible but with high rigidity. This kind of bearings simplifies their structural design, so they are well applied in the joint or rotary part of an industrial robot, rotary table of a machining center, robot’s rotating parts, precise rotary table, medical device, measuring instrument, and IC manufacturing setting, etc.
Our company, as customers’ demand, can produce crossed cylindrical roller bearing series such as ERA, ERB, ERE, ERU, ECRB/ECRBC, ECRBH, ESX, EXSU and EXU; EXR and crossed tapered roller bearing series such as EXR, EJXR; and standard and non-standard bearings with ID range from 80mm to 1250mm and accuracy up to P5, P4 and P2 levels.
