Slewing bearings are widely used, and the main structural types are single-row four point contact ball slewing bearing, double row angular contact ball slewing bearing, crossed cylindrical roller slewing bearing and three row cylindrical roller slewing bearing , etc. With the development of assembly manufacturing, more and more enterprises choose non-standard structure slewing bearings to meet special requirements. (1) Three row cylindrical roller combination slewing bearing
Main characteristics of structure: two row cylindrical rollers are laid horizontally, and mainly used for carrying large axial force and overturning moment, and single row cylindrical roller is laid vertically, and mainly used for carrying radial force caused by overturning moment and rotation centering function. Carrying capacity of bearing is very large, and it can be widely used for heavy equipment, such as large hoisting equipment, shield machine, direct-drive wind power spindle and so on. Application case: three row roller combination bearing developed by our company, with the diameter of 4 meters and total weight of 12 tons, is used for large marine crane. Three row roller slewing bearings have three races, the upper and lower raceways and radial raceways are separated, so that the load of each row of roller can be determined. This kind of bearing is able to carry all kinds of loads at the same time, and it has the largest carrying capacity among the four kinds of products. The axial and radial dimensions are large and the structure is firm. It is especially suitable for heavy machinery requiring large diameters, such as bucket wheel excavator, wheel crane, marine crane, port crane, molten steel operating platforms and large-tonnage truck crane and other machinery.
(2) Double row ball slewing bearing with different diameters
Double row ball slewing bearing with different diameters has three races, its steel balls and spacer blocks can be directly discharged into the upper and lower raceway. According to the stress conditions, upper and lower rows of steel balls with different diameters are arranged. This kind of open assembly is very convenient, the bearing angles of upper and lower arc raceway are 90°, making it able to withstand great axial force and tilting moment. When the radial force is more than 0.1 times larger than the axial force, the raceway must be specially designed. Double row ball slewing bearing with different diameters has large axial and radial dimensions and fastened structure. It is especially suitable for tower cranes with medium and above diameter, truck cranes and other loading and unloading machines, as well as port tower cranes, and the situation in which single piece is light, in large quantities and used frequently.
(3) Single-row cross cylindrical roller slewing bearing
Single row cross cylindrical roller slewing bearing consists of two races. It is compact in structure, light in weight, high in manufacturing precision and small in assembling clearance with high requirements for installation accuracy, and has 1:1 cross-arrangement of rollers. It can withstand axial force, tilting moment and large radial force at the same time, and is widely used in hoisting and conveying, construction machinery and military products.

Single row four-point contact ball slewing bearing consists of two races, and has compact structure, light weight and four-point contact arc raceway. It can withstand axial force, radial force and tilting moment at the same time. Rotary conveyor, welding manipulator, small and medium-sized crane, excavator and other construction machinery are optional.
Main structural features: The contact angle between ball and raceway is generally 45 degrees, so it can withstand axial force, radial force and overturning moment. It has large static load capacity, can rotate flexibly, and is the most widely used slewing bearing.
